Objective: To ensure excellent customer service and assist with the garment handling before and after garments are cleaned and pressed.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Satisfy customer needs
- Handle drop-off and pickup
- Create invoices for incoming orders
- Assemble the orders once cleaning is finished
- Clean work area
- Travel between locations as needed
