American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ year of home health experience for a home health position in Danbury, CT with a weekend rotation schedule.

Home health setting with approximately 6 patient visits per day

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a weekend rotation

HCHB EMR software experience is preferred

Current CT PT license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of home health experience required

Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration

Current, active, and unrestricted state license required; if license application is in progress, a receipt or confirmed application must be provided for consideration

Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate

Only AHA-issued BLS certifications are accepted

If any certifications are expiring during the assignment, renewal receipts or scheduled course dates should be provided
