This is an in-home, fee-for-service position--serving clients in locations such as their place of residence, or other appropriate community based location.
The mission of KHS is to provide culturally sensitive, high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and their families in order to empower healthy people in a strong community. Our clients often have co-occurring substance abuse disorders and are receiving PRP services to support their activities of daily living.

Clinicians are currently seeing all clients either in the office, in client's homes, or appropriate locations throughout the community.
Location: Community based position, seeing clients in their homes or other appropriate locations within the local community.
Job Requirements:
- Valid professional license - LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC
- Must pass state background check
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or family therapy to assigned clients.
- Must be willing to see adult and children ages 5 and up.
- Develop treatment plans every 6 months and track client progress throughout the duration of treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR and CARF regulations in our EHR (electronic health record).
- Conduct initial assessments if comfortable, complete reassessments annually for assigned clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to the federal and state guidelines and requirements.
- Uphold the professional code of ethics.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, and others.
- Attend monthly trainings and case consultation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
