Do you want to combine hands-on IT support with a global impact? At Multi-Wing, we are looking for an IT Supporter who thrives in a dynamic environment where local presence meets global collaboration.
You will be based in Middlefield, Ohio, supporting our US site, while at the same time playing an active role in our Group IT function – delivering support to colleagues across Europe and Asia.
This is not just a local support role. You will be part of a global IT team, working across borders, systems, and time zones.
Your Role
As our new IT Supporter, you will be the go-to person for IT on our US locations – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations – while also contributing to global support tasks and initiatives within Group IT.
You will join a multinational IT team and report to the Team Lead for IT Support & Digital Workplace in Czech Republic. Together, you will ensure stable operations and continuously improve the IT experience for our users worldwide.
Duties
- Provide hands-on IT support to users across our locations in the US area
- Deliver support to users across Europe and Asia
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- Assist in managing Azure environments, users, and access rights
- Contribute to device management through Intune
- Support network operations (subnets, VLANs, switches, firewalls)
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Group IT team on improvements and projects
What You Bring
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with Azure environments (VMs, access, policies)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, subnets)
- Familiarity with Intune and/or SCCM
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Required Qualifications
- Professional level of proficiency in English
- At least 2 years minimum of work experience with Microsoft 365
- At least 2 years minimum of work experience with Active Directory
- At least 1 year minimum of work experience with administration of printers – including label printers
- At least 1 year minimum of work experience with Printers
- At least 1 year minimum of work experience with VLAN
- At least 2 years minimum of work experience with IT service management processes
- At least 1 year minimum of work experience with generative AI solutions like ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot or similar
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
