Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Meal Preparation.
- Some laundry and light cleaning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces to ensure a safe environment.
- Engage client in socialization to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
- Watering plants as needed.
- Occasional errands or grocery shopping.
Requirements
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living or nursing homes is preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable with one cat in the home.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Proof of vehicle insurance if help with errands or appointments is needed.
Schedule: 2 days per week (5 hours/week) More hours may be offered in the future.
