Remote Sales Closer – Web Design Agency
We are hiring an experienced remote sales closer for a fast-growing web design agency.
This is a commission-based closing role for someone who is confident, sharp on calls, strong with follow-up, and already knows how to turn booked meetings into paying clients.
We sell a simple, strong web design offer to small and medium-sized businesses. The prospect is shown a finished or near-finished website concept during the call, making the offer much easier to understand and close than a typical agency pitch.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who can step in, learn the offer quickly, and start closing.
Compensation
20% commission per closed deal
Typical setup fees range from $970–$3,000, with higher-ticket opportunities available for strong closers. 3-7 meetings held /day.
This is uncapped commission. Your income depends on your ability to close and follow up.

You are not expected to generate all your own leads. Your main job is to close qualified sales opportunities and follow up properly.
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Take sales calls with business owners
- Present our web design offer clearly and confidently
- Handle objections around price, trust, timing, and decision-making
- Follow up with prospects until they close or disqualify
- Keep CRM notes updated
- Communicate clearly with the team
- Hit activity and closing targets
Requirements
You must have:
- Previous sales closing experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- Good follow-up discipline
- Ability to work remotely and stay organized
- Professional attitude on calls
- Ability to learn the offer quickly
- Experience selling services, marketing, web design, SaaS, consulting, or similar is a plus
We are especially interested in closers who have experience with high-ticket sales, agency sales, B2B sales, or selling to small business owners.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who wants high volume, uncapped upside, and a real sales opportunity.
You should be comfortable taking multiple calls per day, following up hard, and being judged by results.
