Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Advent FS is looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our government customers and their consumer customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our brand. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to help Advent Government clients and end user consumers with inquiries and provide solutions.
- Participates in the Live Chat queue and ticket system to resolve questions and provide technical aid from both Advent Government clients and end user consumers.
- Accepts consumer telephone payments for incurred Government debt.
- Deliver high-quality services by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring that all information is conveyed accurately to the customer’s consumer.
- Enter and manage consumer case data on behalf of Advent Government clients.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience in telephone Customer Service and live chats.
- Effectively converses and writes in English and Spanish.
- Data entry experience with strong typing skills.
- Paying close attention to details and the ability to multitask
- Ability to follow procedures and take direction in a demanding environment.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
Work Location: Remote with training at Elizabethtown, KY location.
