We are in search of a reliable chiropractor with great hands to work 2-4 Saturday mornings per month (8:00-12:00 or 9:00-1:00). Practice is located in the small town of St. George, SC (30 minutes west of Summerville, 50 minutes west of downtown Charleston). Doctor must be proficient in diversified and instrument adjusting, active rehab exercises, rehab modalities (shockwave, laser) and educating patients on how to achieve optimal outcomes. If the candidate is the right fit and interested, 1-2 more afternoon shifts (Tuesday, Friday) will become available this fall.
Doctor should expect and be able to efficiently treat 8-24 patients per shift (3-6 patients per hour).
This Doctor will primarily be treating patients already on maintenance plans or perform vetted wellness spinal exams/consultations to patients with a Saturday preference. Some active care and PI carry-over. Must be proficient with EHR documentation and billing. We have system in place for collections and offer clear/transparent pricing.
Requirements
- Experience and proficiency with motion palpation assessment, diversified, drop, activator adjusting techniques and active rehab exercises
- Confidently use and prescribe modalities like class 4 laser, shockwave therapy
- Effectively communicate importance of chiro care, recovery, lifestyle habits and modifications to patients
- Must have experience with digital x-ray examination and review.
- Active South Carolina license & modality certificate
Additional Practice Info
Established practice of 7 years (opened in 2019). High net promotion score and word of mouth is primary referral source. Medium volume. We offer effective short-term care plans and foster lifelong wellness with our patients.
Full time massage therapist on staff (Monday - Friday).
Practice has a fully equipped recovery room (normatec, zero gravity chairs, hypervolts, etc) aiding in our patient's performance and wellness routine. Doctor would be expected to learn the ins and outs of all services offered and render care to the highest level.
Pay is fixed daily with performance and internal referral/net promotion incentives. Weekly payroll.
