Full-Time Role
Pay starts at:
$34 per hour (pay based on experience):
Plus, an additional $2 PM shift differential:
Additional 10% Weekend Differential for all weekend shift hours:

What you bring to the table:
- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Possess strong computer skills:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
- Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
- Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately
