We are looking for a Sushi Chef / Line Cook who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a strong culinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Execute recipes with consistency in flavor, plating, and portioning
- Prepare and produce sushi, raw fish, shareables, and hibachi items with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain strong ticket comprehension and organized execution during service
- Prep ingredients efficiently and thoughtfully to set up a successful shift
- Uphold Maru standards for food quality and presentation at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
