About the Role
As a Robotics Systems Support Engineer, you will serve as a key technical lead within our customer operations center, ensuring the peak performance of complex automated material handling systems. You will leverage your expertise in electromechanical troubleshooting and data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve critical system bottlenecks.
Responsibilities-
Monitor the real-time health and operational status of automated robotic vehicles, vertical lifts, and conveyor adapters.

Execute complex troubleshooting protocols to diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related system interruptions.

Translate technical performance data into actionable insights for cross-functional engineering teams to accelerate root-cause resolution.

Provide expert-level guidance and technical training to on-site operators regarding warehouse management software and robotic infrastructure.

Maintain rigorous safety standards, including LOTO and fall protection protocols, while navigating industrial automation environments.

Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at standardizing operational workflows and increasing system throughput.

Act as a primary technical liaison, communicating system status and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated robotic or electromechanical systems.

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens) and industrial robotics (e.g., ABB).

Technical competency in SQL, Linux, and Python for system diagnostics.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heights up to 45 feet and varying temperature conditions.

Proven track record of managing high-pressure technical escalations in a production-critical environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and client relations.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated logistics infrastructure.
