Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT MARIJUANA WORKERS PERMIT
- Previous experience in technical sales, electronics sales, jewelry sales, or similar fields is preferred- Strong time management and organizational skills- Excellent verbal communication skills- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus- Must be at least 21 years old- Ability to pass a background check
