Four years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including at least two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of experience.

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to train, develop, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance, safety, and operational standards.

Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and donated goods processing operations, with the ability to manage product flow, quality, production goals, inventory, and equipment.

Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate performance, make sound decisions, adjust priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness, with the ability to work effectively across teams while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish preferred.

Lead warehouse, production, dock, salvage, recycling, and Outlet operations, ensuring donated goods are processed, distributed, and sold efficiently while meeting established quality and production standards.

Drive production performance and operational results by reviewing daily budgets and actual performance, adjusting goals and priorities, and identifying opportunities to maximize the value and return of donated goods.

Manage inventory, salvage, and product flow, including new and purchased goods, salvage shipments and vendor negotiations, while protecting inventory from loss or theft and maintaining required chain-of-custody procedures.

Lead, develop, and hold warehouse teams accountable through effective hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and consistent application of operational and safety expectations.

Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient operation by ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, overseeing equipment maintenance, conducting safety training and inspections, and addressing equipment repair and maintenance needs.
