We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable team member to become the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience, including professionals returning to the workforce or transitioning into the insurance industry in search of long-term career stability and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet walk-in clients and create a welcoming first impression
- Accept and process client payments accurately
- Manage and organize the agency support email inbox
- Assist clients with billing questions, claims support, cancellations, and payment follow-up calls
- Support Customer Service Representatives and office staff with administrative tasks
- Scan, fax, organize, and manage documents within our agency management system
- Coordinate office supplies and general front office operations
- Help problem-solve and guide clients to the appropriate team member when needed

- Experience with Microsoft Office and general office technology preferred
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license after hire (paid training provided)

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, in-office position
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay range: $18–$23 per hour based on experience
