This role is essential in supporting our service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail and online clients by providing accurate parts information and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and selection
- Accurately look up, price, and sell automotive parts and accessories
- Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with stocking, and bin organization
- Communicate with vendors and track incoming shipments
- Follow dealership procedures and maintain a clean, organized parts department
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack, or similar DMS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Pay: starting at 65k based on experience
