Quality Assurance Associate (Pharmaceutical)

Overview: Responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP standards and quality assurance procedures across production operations. This role supports environmental monitoring, documentation control, and material inspection to maintain high product quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of filling and packaging operations to verify compliance with procedures and standards.
- Perform environmental monitoring in aseptically classified areas and analyze EM results.
- Generate, review, and issue production batch records; prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Inspect and release materials and components used in production.
- Monitor equipment charts and documentation to ensure adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
- Experience with environmental monitoring, quality documentation, or GMP operations.
- Knowledge of GMP and QA procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret technical documents, and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
