Overview:
Sugarloaf is currently looking for BarBacks to join our team for the upcoming ski season at our Widowmaker and Bullwinkle's locations. As a BarBack you are responsible for providing support to the bartending staff in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service of drinks and the cleanliness of resort bars.
This minimum wage role is a great position for applicants who are interested in bartending but would first like to get first-hand experience and extra training time with our professional bartending team.
We currently have part time and full-time openings that are expected to start on or shortly after our opening day as locations come online for the season.
This role comes with great job perks and would be an excellent fit for someone that enjoys getting out on the hill first thing in the morning before starting their shift.
Responsibilities:
The BarBack's typical job functions include:

Daily preparation of items used in drinks

Effectively preparing bar for service

Keeping stock on all items including beer, liquor, wine, and supplies

Maintaining organized working and storage areas

Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs
Qualifications:
Candidates must be willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
