Garage and Package Attendant
Luxury High-Rise Condominium Community in Pelican Bay
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Garage and Package Attendant to join our team.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for garage operations, package deliveries, contractors, and vendors. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, contractors, vendors, management, and staff to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- No weekends required

- Starting pay: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractor and vendor access to the property
- Track contractor insurance certificates, licenses, and compliance documents
- Assist with contractor and vendor scheduling
- Organize, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
- Monitor package storage areas and maintain delivery records
- Conduct routine garage inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with enforcement of association rules and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of contractor lot, garage and work area
- Assist other departments when needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, maintenance support, property management, or a related field is a plus
- Good disposition and team player
What We're Looking For
This position is primarily based in the garage and service areas of the property and is not a traditional office job. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a garage environment and spending time both indoors and outdoors in South Florida weather.
We are looking for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, takes pride in keeping work areas organized, is professional and polished when interacting with residents, contractors, and vendors but also be practical, hands-on, and comfortable working alongside the maintenance team when needed. The right person should be able to maintain the high standards expected in a luxury condominium community while handling the day-to-day responsibilities that keep the property operating efficiently.
