Hera Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable HHA in Pasadena,CA to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with their daily living needs.
Responsibilities:
· Enable clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording patient condition to Case Manager
· Assist with activities of living such as bathing, dressing, grooming
· Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
· Medication reminders
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client
.Follow the established plan of care
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
