American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with a CA CRT license and a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in California.

Mammography unit within an outpatient health center setting
-
5x8 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Saturday rotation required as needed

Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA)

CA CRT license required if applicable

CA state license required

Performs routine and specialized breast imaging procedures to produce diagnostic-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers

Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to ensure safe and precise procedures

Responsible for competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication with patients and their support groups

May be responsible for orienting other staff to the department

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for this assignment
