Position Overview
Burns & Scalo Roofing is seeking dependable and motivated Residential Roofers to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced roofer or looking to start a career in the trades, we provide the training, tools, and opportunity to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems (shingles, metal, and related materials)
- Remove old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation
- Safely work at heights using ladders and fall protection equipment
- Identify leaks, damage, and structural issues and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all Burns & Scalo safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and with quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing or construction experience preferred (we will train motivated candidates)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
