Job Title: Sales Executive (Women's Health/FemTech)
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will provide leadership in developing and executing sales strategies targeting women's health organizations, FemTech companies, healthcare providers, digital health platforms, technology partners, and strategic healthcare organizations. Prospect targets will include a combination of the candidate's existing industry relationships, RevSpring's current market position, existing customers, named target accounts, and strategic technology partners. Leads are generated through direct sales efforts, marketing initiatives, business development activities, and partner channels.
Target markets include women's health clinics, OB/GYN practices, fertility and reproductive health organizations, maternal health providers, menopause and midlife care organizations, digital health and FemTech companies, patient engagement technology providers, healthcare technology partners, revenue cycle and payment organizations, and business partners serving the women's healthcare industry.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted prospects and partners to drive revenue growth and long-term business success.
- Build and maintain relationships with women's health organizations, FemTech companies, digital health platforms, healthcare technology partners, provider groups, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to develop clear business plans, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for prospects and partners.
- Evaluate existing sales strategies and market approaches for effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed.
- Identify opportunities to expand strategic partnerships and develop new channels within the women's health and FemTech ecosystem.
- Evaluate proposals, RFP responses, and partnership opportunities to ensure effective positioning and messaging.
- Partner with Marketing to develop industry-specific brand strategies, product positioning, content, and campaigns targeting women's health organizations and technology partners.
- Drive tailored messaging and value propositions for women's healthcare providers, FemTech organizations, and strategic partners.
- Present compelling business cases and demonstrate the value of complex technology, patient engagement, communications, and payment solutions.
- Utilize consultative and solution-selling methodologies to create value and improve conversion rates among key prospects and partners.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders, physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and technology partners.
- Develop financial business cases that enable customer champions to secure internal approval and move initiatives forward.
- Present patient engagement, communication, payment, and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Leverage ROI models, industry benchmarks, and business analytics to demonstrate measurable value and return on investment.
- Represent RevSpring at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities, maintaining a strong presence within the Women's Health and FemTech community.

- Partner Ecosystem Development – Experience identifying, developing, and growing strategic partnerships within healthcare technology, software, and service-provider ecosystems.
- Well-versed in the Women's Health and FemTech industry's key events, trade shows, conferences, and professional organizations, with the ability and willingness to travel as needed to represent RevSpring.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
- Experience selling into women's health organizations, healthcare providers, digital health companies, FemTech organizations, or healthcare technology companies.
- Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) platforms, patient engagement solutions, digital health technologies, revenue cycle management, payment technologies, or related healthcare technology platforms.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, patient engagement, revenue cycle management, payments, communications, workflow automation, or related technology solutions.
- Established relationships within the Women's Health and FemTech ecosystem preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience: 5 plus years of successful sales executive experience within the Women's Health and/or FemTech, healthcare technology, digital health, patient engagement, revenue cycle management, payment technologies, SaaS, or related healthcare technology industries

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
