Pay & Training: $25-$26/hour after fully completing training. We provide a robust, comprehensive PAID training apprenticeship. All Trainees begin by training for our foundational Green Cleaner role at a starting wage of $22/hour with merit-based tiered increases throughout training. Upon graduating Green Cleaner training, Team Members receive $24/hour. Once expectations are being consistently met for the Green Cleaner role trainees can move on to their final phase of training to specialize as a Green Home Cleaning & Care Specialist and will receive $25/hour (with the opportunity for an additional increase up to $26/hour within their first year).
Note that tiered increases are based on a 32+ hour schedule, and may take longer to achieve with more part-time availability.
Tenure & merit-based increases for the position up to $34/hour & opportunities for growth!
Schedule: Options for flexible scheduling or Guaranteed Hours after training and NO nights or weekends! Business Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Location: The Greater Seattle Area – within a 15 mile radius of the 98115 zipcode. We service clients as far North as Lynnwood/Bothell and as far South as White Center/West Seattle

SEATTLE GREEN EARTH CLEANING is looking for dedicated, driven professionals to join our team.
What is a Green Home Cleaning & Care Specialist?
This is NOT your standard house cleaning job.
A Green Home Cleaning & Care Specialist goes beyond routine cleaning – they make thoughtful, well-informed decisions to provide a customized cleaning and care experience tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Our Green Home Cleaning & Care Specialists:
- Use strong observation & decision-making skills to adjust priorities at each appointment based on how the home is being used
- Adapt to customized client requests
- Maintain and manage the care of specialty cleaning tasks such as porches, interior appliances, walls, and other detailed areas
- Communicate with the Client Scheduling Team and clients about the schedule and frequency for each specialty cleaning task
- Proactively recommend specialty cleaning tasks or outside house maintenance services based on detailed home assessments
Past cleaning experience is NOT required, but this is not an entry-level cleaning position. We approach cleaning & caring for client homes like a skilled trade and we are looking for individuals who are interested in developing their skills and building a career with us. What matters most is a* strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and ta drive to take personal ownership in your work. *

SOME IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
- This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring repetitive motion, lifting, bending, and detailed work
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the Team
- Punctuality and reliability—being on time with consistent attendance is critical to client experience
- Comfort navigating traffic, parking, and driving throughout the greater Seattle area
- Strong decision-making skills and good judgment in real-time situations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior professional cleaning experience strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills for client-facing and team work
- Able to lift a 35 lb cleaning bag and a 15 lb vacuum
- Comfortable bending, stretching, and performing repetitive motion
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Updated smartphone for scheduling and communication
