Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Tier ABA Supervisor to join our clinical team. This role works under the supervision of a BCBA and provides leadership, support, and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis, and a passion for helping children and families reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily implementation of ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
- Provide field supervision, performance feedback, and modeling for RBTs.
- Support data collection accuracy and treatment fidelity.
- Communicate effectively with families and assist with parent/caregiver training.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to review progress and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure professionalism, ethical conduct, and quality client care across all sessions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ months of direct ABA experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and staff training.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
