Restaurant Manager
Full-time | $55,000–$70,000 per year
Longtrees has been open for two months, the team is in place, and the community has welcomed us enthusiastically. Now we are looking for the right Restaurant Manager to step in and lead the restaurant forward.
We are a family-owned business, not a corporate chain. You will work directly with ownership, have a real voice in the operation, and help shape the culture and future of Longtrees.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a restaurant and bar, support a team, connect with guests, and bring consistency to the day-to-day operation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant and bar operations
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support employees
- Maintain strong standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Work closely with kitchen leadership
- Manage labor, inventory, costs, and operating goals
- Handle guest concerns with confidence and care
- Build a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Communicate openly with ownership about results and opportunities
- Be present on the floor and willing to jump in when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and responsible alcohol service
- Experience using Toast POS or similar restaurant technology
- Understanding of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence coaching employees and setting expectations
- A practical, hands-on leadership style
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Previous Manager experience is helpful, but not required. We are also interested in experienced Assistant General Managers, Bar Managers, and hospitality leaders who are ready for greater responsibility.
Compensation
$55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
