Client Experience Specialist – Call Center & Claims
24Restore is a disaster restoration and construction company known for a strong, supportive team culture. We're hiring an outgoing, tech-savvy Client Experience Specialist to support our Call Center and/or Claims department, helping homeowners navigate the restoration process from first call to final walkthrough.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, adjusters, and vendors
- Enter and update job information using company software and systems
- Explain services, timelines, and next steps to clients clearly and confidently
- Support claims coordination and paperwork between clients, field crews, and insurance carriers
- Follow up with leads and clients to keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
- Someone outgoing who's comfortable on the phone and genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Persuasive but not pushy — you know how to help someone see the value in doing the right thing
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology
- Some prior customer service, phone, or office experience preferred
- Reliable and team-oriented — we lean on each other here
Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Outgoing personality with strong persuasion and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and using computers/software
- Some customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
- Reliable attendance; able to work occasional mandatory overtime
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional overtime required)
Pay:
$18–$20/hour plus incentives
