Job Overview
OHO & Associates is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide services in Early Intervention within CFC 8, CFC 9 and CFC 12.
We are looking for a motivated, independent clinician who is comfortable working with limited supervision and is passionate about supporting young children and their families in natural environments.

Responsibilities
- Support pediatric occupational therapy initiatives focused on childhood developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder interventions
- Maintain accurate care documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to care plans by providing insights on patient progress and adapting interventions as needed to meet individual goals
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program
- An Illinois State License from IDFPR
- Prior experience working in pediatrics or Early Intervention is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to occupational therapy practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical imaging procedures is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote understanding and engagement
- Knowledge of occupational therapy approaches for clients with autism spectrum disorder and childhood developmental delays

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
