SmarterSwipe is hiring driven Capital Advisors for our fast-growing Capital Division. We provide a full suite of business funding solutions to companies of all types — including our flagship revenue-based funding (up to $1M+, no personal guarantees, approvals in minutes), term loans, SBA loans, equipment financing, and lines of credit.
We specialize in merchants and businesses that accept card payments, pairing powerful funding with industry-leading payment processing solutions. This helps restaurant, retail, food truck, service businesses, and many others get the right capital to expand, manage cash flow, and grow — while saving significantly on processing fees.
This isn’t a cushy corporate gig. It’s for real killers — strong closers who love the hunt, crush quotas, and get rewarded handsomely for it.
What You’ll Do
- Receive hot and warm leads generated daily through our aggressive social media and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage our internal and external call centers that book hyper-qualified appointments for you.
- Own the full sales process: call prospects, consult on the best funding options (revenue-based, term loans, SBA, equipment, LOCs, etc.), present capital + payments bundles, negotiate, and close deals.
- Hit daily/weekly call and talk-time requirements while being judged primarily on closed deals and revenue.
- Build a vested book of business — sell your deals upon exit after the vesting period.
Expect a fast-paced day of high-volume activity, sharp consultations, and the satisfaction of delivering the perfect funding solution to businesses that need it.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of proven high-volume, high-pressure sales experience (B2B, merchant services, fintech, lending, or similar preferred — but we care about your closing ability).
- A strong closer’s mindset: You negotiate hard, influence decision-makers, and consistently exceed targets.
- Resilience, competitiveness, and the ability to handle rejection and pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus — our merchants love it.
- No degree required. We hire based on results, not credentials.
Experience with CRM tools is helpful, but your drive and track record matter most.
