Customer Service / Front Sales Desk – Lincoln
Full Time/ Part-Time. Hiring Immediately
StretchLab Lincoln is looking for a dependable, people-oriented front desk associate to help run the studio each day. This role is a mix of client service, booking, lead follow-up, and basic sales conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an important part of keeping the studio running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and check them in for appointments
- Manage the studio schedule and book sessions accurately
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Follow up with new leads and missed intros
- Explain session options, packages, and memberships
- Assist with daily studio flow and support the General Manager
- Maintain a professional, friendly environment for clients and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients about services and pricing
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn simple booking systems
- Positive attitude and a professional presence
