Overview
Chicken Salad Chick is a made from scratch quick service restaurant that specializes in chicken salad. We serve 13 different flavors in a variety of options as well as fresh sides to ensure that guests always enjoy the feeling of a home made meal. The guest experience starts in the kitchen with our prep team!
Front of House Team Responsibilities
- Always adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible.
- Maintain cleanliness/sanitation standards.
- Responsible for taking guests orders, maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and bathrooms, taking guests trays, and ensuring orders are correct.
- Restock beverage stations and cutlery for service.
- Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
- Keeps the floor in the work or service area clean and free of debris.
- Completes daily tasks timely and thoroughly in accordance with standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Food handlers required
- Must be able to work weekends
Education and Experience
- Previous restaurant experience a plus
Pay and Hours
Starting Range: $10-$14 /hr plus tip pooling (currently around $3-$4 /hr)
Available AM Hours : 8AM - 4PM
PM Hours: 4PM - 10PM
Store Hours: 10AM - 8PM Monday - Saturday, Closed on Sunday
Physical Demands
- Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
- Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen, service area, or register.
