Multi-Location Operations Leadership Position
Monmouth County, NJ
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Managers to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands operations, people, finances, brand standards, and business growth. Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, finance, or related industries is welcomed. We are looking for a results-driven leader who can create structure, improve performance, and help take our business to the next level.

Responsibilities Include:
- Driving sales growth and profitability while meeting established KPIs
- Creating, implementing, and improving operational systems and processes
- Conducting quality site inspections and ensuring operational consistency
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff and management teams
- Training, accountability, and performance management
- Financial oversight, budgeting, and cost management
- Scheduling and workforce planning
- Building and maintaining catering, client, and business relationships
- Improving customer experience and overall location performance
- Problem-solving and providing day-to-day operational leadership
- Ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations and company standards
- Maintaining brand integrity and consistency across all locations
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations management, hospitality, restaurant leadership, finance, or related fields
- Multi-location or multi-unit management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of KPIs, operational performance, and brand standards
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
- Proven ability to create and implement systems and processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to lead teams and drive measurable growth
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for multi-location oversight
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary $60,000 + performance-based bonuses
Compensation based on experience.
