Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mowing Technician - Crew Lead to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques, the ability to operate power tools, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with landscape design projects as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and work vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant identification
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
