Benefits for all positions include:
– 40 hours per week, paid hourly not flat-rate or commission
- Health care reimbursement allowance
– Vision and dental insurance
– Paid time off after 1 year; paid holidays off after 90 days
Employee will become eligible for above mentioned benefits after a successful 90-day probationary period, unless told otherwise by the owner.
Pay is based on experience and willingness to move forward.
