NOW HIRING: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
CNA Experience Preferred
From The Heart Support Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate DSP to work with a 25-year-old female client with physical and intellectual disabilities.
The client rotates between her father’s home in Elkins Park, PA and her mother’s home in West Philadelphia, so applicants must be comfortable traveling to and working at both locations.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Approximately 27 hours per week
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Helping the client clean and organize her room
- Laundry and light household tasks related to the client
- Providing hands-on assistance and support as needed
- Transporting the client to doctor and therapy appointments
- Occasional community outings and activities
- Providing companionship and promoting independence
Requirements:
- DSP experience preferred
- CNA or similar hands-on care experience strongly preferred
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance required
- Must be willing and able to transport the client in your vehicle
- Must be dependable and comfortable working in both Elkins Park and West Philadelphia
- Must complete all required employment paperwork, clearances, and trainings
$300 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Bonus is paid with your first paycheck if all hiring requirements, documentation, and required trainings are successfully completed within 3 days of hire.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
