Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and be proficient in carpentry work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including framing, trim work, and finishing
- drywall work, painting the more skills the better the pay.
- Tile experience preferred
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in high quality.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in carpentry and or Painting
- Experience in Drywall,tape and Tile is a plus
- Previous work as a carpenter or maintenance person is preferred
- Ability to build and construct according to specifications
