JOB OVERVIEW
Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator is focused on generating brand awareness, supporting business development, and creating a steady flow of conversations with qualified leads and prospective employees through digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys telling compelling stories through photography, video, social media, and digital marketing. You'll showcase exciting excavation, forestry, and heavy equipment projects while helping position Big Sky Land Management as the premier excavation and forestry contractor in southwest Montana.
**Must be located in the Bozeman/Big Sky area to capture content
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Position Big Sky Land Management as an industry leader through compelling storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Capture photos and videos of active job sites, heavy equipment, employees, and completed projects.
- Maintain and update the company website with project highlights, blog posts, and SEO-friendly content.
- Engage with customers, industry partners, and local communities through social media and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to support business development, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor digital engagement and recommend new ideas to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content creation and social media management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, self-motivated, and organized.
