About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support a growing business with a wide range of operational, logistical, and project-related responsibilities.
This is not a narrowly defined administrative position. The person in this role will help keep projects moving, maintain operational systems, coordinate logistics, track orders and inventory, support jobsite activities, and help solve the day-to-day challenges that naturally arise in a dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys figuring things out, creating order from complexity, and taking ownership of responsibilities rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track orders, deliveries, inventory, purchases, and related documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate operational records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Monitor project requirements and help ensure necessary resources, materials, and information are available when needed.
- Visit jobsites as needed to verify requirements, gather information, and support project execution.
- Identify process improvements and assist in developing systems that increase efficiency and accountability.
- Help troubleshoot operational challenges and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, team members, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Support a variety of special projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities, projects, or operational activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, workflows, or operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
- Strong communication skills and professional interaction with vendors, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency with business software and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Who Thrives in This Role
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and finding ways to make things work more efficiently. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple moving parts, recognize potential issues before they become urgent, and maintain momentum without extensive supervision.

- Paid time off
- Monthly healthcare reimbursement benefit (ICHRA)
- Professional development opportunities
- Employee discount on products
