What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day of HR operations - from maintaining employee records and processing new hires to preparing offer letters and employment documentation.

Deliver a great first impression by coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding.

Support full-cycle recruiting: posting roles, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and being a positive, professional point of contact for every candidate.

Be a trusted resource for employees and managers, answering HR questions with professionalism and genuine care.

Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, and compliance tracking.

Contribute to special projects and, occasionally, provide on-site HR support to one of our operating companies - a great way to broaden your exposure across our business.
What You Bring
-
3+ years of HR experience (5+ preferred); a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

A genuine service mindset - you're the person who takes initiative and pitches in wherever needed.

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Working knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and more).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience is a plus.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus - and if you're working toward one, we'll support that goal.

Experience with a multi-entity or family-owned business is a bonus, not a requirement
