Now Hiring – Construction Workers
RCL is looking for dependable construction workers to join our team!
We have two positions available in Central Kentucky:
Experienced Multi-Trade Construction Worker – $20–$25/hour
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience. Experience with framing, drywall, doors, trim, demolition, measurements, basic plan reading, concrete work, punch list work, general repairs, and other construction tasks is a plus.
The right person should be comfortable working with limited supervision and be able to direct a helper when needed.
Construction Laborer/Helper – $18–$20/hour
At least 1 year of construction experience is preferred. You should have basic knowledge of hand and power tools and be willing to help with demolition, framing, drywall, concrete, material handling, cleanup, installations, and other job-site duties.
For both positions:
- Reliable transportation is required
- Dependable attendance is a must
- Must be available to work throughout Central Kentucky
- Must be willing to work as part of a team and help wherever needed
- These positions currently do not include company-sponsored benefits
