PB&J’s BBQ is looking for a few hardworking, reliable team members to join our family. If you love good BBQ, fast-paced days, and a crew that feels like family, keep reading.
The Role:
Front of House with flexibility to jump in the kitchen when needed. Food truck shifts and catering drop-offs may also be required. We’ll train you on our systems, but some food service experience is required. You’ll be taking orders, running the register, plating food, keeping the dining area clean, helping with kitchen prep/dish and cleaning, working the food truck, and occasionally delivering catering orders. No two shifts are the same.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Sunday, shifts vary between 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
We schedule based on the availability you provide at hiring. Must maintain consistent, reliable availability within those days/hours.
If you have other jobs, school, or commitments, they must be disclosed upfront. We’re a small team and can’t work around undisclosed schedule changes week to week.
Weekends, evenings, holidays, and off-site events may be required
Must be truly available weekends/evenings — that’s when BBQ happens
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age
Valid driver’s license
Prior food service or restaurant experience required
Good working history with references we can call.
Able to be on your feet, lift 40 lbs, and handle a hot, fast environment
Team player with a good attitude — we don’t do drama
