About the role
The Damage Prevention Program Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of damage prevention activities across Ripple Fiber’s network. This role ensures all damage tickets—both in-house and third-party—are actively managed, followed up on, and resolved in a timely manner.
This individual owns the tracking, communication, and accountability of damage-related work, including coordinating network relocations, ensuring vendor performance, and maintaining system accuracy. The role is critical in reducing network damages, improving response times, and protecting the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Damage Ticket Management
- Own and manage all damage prevention tickets from creation to closure
- Ensure timely follow-up on all open tickets with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Track ticket status, drive updates, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all systems
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact for damage prevention activities
- Hold vendors and internal teams accountable for response times and SLAs
- Ensure all work is completed and properly documented
Network Relocations Management
- Coordinate and track all network relocation requests
- Work cross-functionally with Construction, Engineering, and Field Operations
- Monitor progress and escalate risks
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report key metrics (ticket volumes, response times, repeat damages)
- Identify trends and provide insights to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Process & System Ownership
- Ensure adherence to processes and workflows

- Support system and reporting improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or operations
- Experience with ticketing systems and tracking tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and vendors
- Strong communication and accountability focus
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
