Here at Old Colorado City Liquor, we pride ourselves on a clean, safe, hospitable environment. We are looking for a friendly, honest, responsible person to work in our little neighborhood store! The job duties are as follows: -Processing sales to customers using cash register and making accurate change. -Assisting customer needs, questions, etc. -Stocking back stock of liquor, cocktails, wine, non-alcoholic beverages such as juices and soft drinks, snacks, and making and stocking bags of ice. -Stocking the walk-in beer cooler. -Preparing six-packs of beer and soft drinks. -Listing any out-of-stocks for the orders. -Cleaning the store as needed (i.e. vacuum every night, cleaning glass, dusting bottles, sweeping and mopping every other week, or as spills happen, keeping countertops clean). -End of day sales reports and lottery count sheets. Must be felony free and able to pass background check.
Must be 21+.
Must have organization skills.
Must have basic mathematics skills.
Must be honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Must have customer service experience in a retail environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Must be able to go up and down stairs carrying boxes and product weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have cash register experience.
Must have good customer service skills.
De-escalation skills not required, but preferred.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be DRUG FREE.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be reliable, able to show up on time to every shift, and occasionally be free to cover shifts on short notice.
Must be able to work some morning opening shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with products is preferred, but not necessary.
