Occupational Therapist (OT) - General
Location: Petoskey, MI
Pay: $35 - $44 hourly
Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in senior living setting
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Utilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and facilities
- Work Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend rotations
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements
- Provide direct patient care services focusing on functional improvement
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
