Responsibilities
As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities include:

Front Desk Management:

Greet customers and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.

Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments for service and sales teams as needed.

Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments.

Customer Service:

Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email promptly and professionally.

Handle customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team member.

Provide basic information about dealership services, inventory, and promotions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication.

Assist with dealership events or promotions as needed.

Qualifications
