Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
A well-established company is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Prepare and provide quotes, estimates, and pricing information
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry and documentation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer requests
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Support sales efforts by building strong customer relationships and identifying customer needs
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Previous customer service, call center, inside sales, receptionist, or administrative experience required
- Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Experience preparing quotes and estimates required
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
