We will also be looking for shuckers for our raw bar.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and maintain service flow
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation to uphold high standards of hygiene and ambiance
- Support catering events and banquet setups by coordinating service details and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods and special events
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food presentation, and beverage service
- Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Barista experience or hospitality background is a plus for versatile service roles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting
