1099 Subcontract Opportunity
Compensation: $1200 per month - Dealership

The Kelly's Enterprise, LLC is seeking an ESTABLISHED cleaning company or experienced commercial cleaning subcontractor with an existing team to service two recurring commercial accounts in the Jacksonville area.
This is NOT an hourly employee position. We are looking for a cleaning company/subcontractor capable of managing its own crew, providing its own cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintaining reliable coverage for both locations. Start times will be after 7pm for the dealership & after 11pm for the restuarant.
ACCOUNT PACKAGE
Location #1
- Service: 7 nights per week
- Monthly subcontract amount: $1,200
- 2 hours nightly/2 people
Location #2
- Service: 6 nights per week
- Monthly subcontract amount: $1200
- 3.5 hours nightly/2 people
CONTRACTOR PROVIDES
The selected cleaning company/subcontractor is responsible for providing:
- All cleaning chemicals and supplies needed to complete the scope of work
- Mops, mop heads, rags/microfiber cloths, gloves and other cleaning materials
- Vacuum and necessary cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Adequate staffing for both accounts
- Backup personnel for call-outs or absences
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Preference will be given to applicants who:
- Own or operate an established cleaning company
- Already have a dependable cleaning crew
- Have commercial/janitorial cleaning experience
- Can independently manage and supervise their team
- Can provide backup coverage when needed
- Have reliable transportation
- Can consistently service accounts 6–7 nights per week
- Can complete required service documentation/photos
- Can meet required background-check and identification/badge requirements
- Can provide General Liability/Workers Comp Insurance
SERVICES MAY INCLUDE
- Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping and mopping
- Surface cleaning and disinfecting
- Breakroom and common-area cleaning
- Glass and entrance cleaning
- General commercial janitorial services
