The WWK Recruiter represents the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, AASK and Catholic Charities North Dakota upholding CCND goals and mission statement. The WWK Recruiter’s primary function is to find an appropriate, permanent, and loving adoptive family for children waiting in the foster care system. The WWK Recruiter provides recruitment for special needs children in the foster care system according to the WWK Model and in adherence with AASK policies, in a professional and ethical manner. This position is located out of our Bismarck office and can be hybrid and/or remote for the right candidate after the initial training period. This position does require travel throughout the state.
Mandatory Qualifications/Certification:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with at least two years of child welfare experience with an emphasis in foster care adoption.
Social Work License in State of North Dakota
Experience with families in the child welfare system
Must have a valid Driver's License
