ProWash is Tallahassee's premium exterior cleaning company, offering soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, paver sealing, and seasonal Christmas lighting for homes and businesses. We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Manager to own our sales engine.
About the Role
You'll be the point person for our inbound leads, responding fast, building rapport, and closing them into booked jobs. You'll also recruit, train, and manage a small door-to-door sales team that keeps our pipeline full. This is a player-coach role: you sell, and you lead the people who sell.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and follow up with inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Close residential and commercial cleaning jobs and recurring maintenance plans
- Recruit, train, and manage a small door-to-door sales team
- Keep the CRM organized and track leads, pipeline, and rep activity
- Hit weekly close and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven closer; home services, door-to-door, or inside sales experience preferred
- Leadership experience managing or building a small sales team
- Fast, friendly communicator who follows up relentlessly
- Organized and disciplined with a CRM
- Based in or near Tallahassee with reliable transportation
