THE ROLE: SENIOR PAINTER
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Painter (5+ years experience) to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced painter who can lead by example, maintain high production standards, and ensure every project meets our quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate painting projects from start to finish
- Prepare surfaces properly (sanding, filling, caulking, priming)
- Apply paint, stain, and specialty finishes using brush, roller, and spray equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding project details
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards
- Uphold all health and safety regulations
- Mentor and support junior painters when required
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
- Strong experience in interior and exterior painting
- Experience with staining and refinishing projects
- Advanced knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
